01Where we are focusing first
The first expansion group is Malta, Mauritius, Trinidad and Tobago, and Botswana. Each combines English business use with a smaller addressable market. Malta and Mauritius also receive separate native-language URLs. Existing Australia, UK, UAE and US pages remain active because Search Console already shows impressions or clicks there.
- Malta: higher budgets, compact market, English and Maltese
- Mauritius: tourism and professional services, English and French
- Trinidad and Tobago: English-speaking, commercially credible Caribbean market
- Botswana: focused Gaborone market with tourism and professional-service niches
02What the first 90 days cover
The pilot starts with the website and the buying journey, not a promise about position one. We set up lead attribution, map service and country intent, improve priority pages, publish a limited number of useful assets and review search visibility together with qualified enquiries.
- Weeks 1–2: measurement, technical review and offer clarity
- Weeks 3–6: priority service and market pages
- Weeks 7–10: supporting content and outreach
- Weeks 11–12: lead-quality review and next-quarter decision
03A serious entry offer, priced in USD
Start with a $149 paid diagnostic, credited to your first month if you continue. The recommended Market Entry Sprint is $750 USD per month for three months. After the pilot, ongoing Growth SEO starts at $1,250 USD per month. This is remote specialist pricing with a defined scope—not a bargain annual package that cannot fund research, content and implementation.
- No free trial or ranking guarantee
- Monthly payment in advance during the pilot
- Month-to-month continuation after the first 90 days
04How localization works
Every translated page has its own crawlable URL, visible language switcher, self-canonical and hreflang annotations. The site may suggest a matching language from the browser setting, but it does not force-redirect people or search crawlers. Native-language pages are limited to markets where we can review the actual message before publishing.
05Commercial model
Use the paid diagnostic when trust is still forming. Use the 90-day pilot to establish a baseline and prove working chemistry. Continue month to month only when the reporting and lead quality justify it. A base-fee plus qualified-lead bonus may be added later; fully postpaid SEO creates attribution disputes and underfunds the work required to compete.
